Spinfy provides digital tools for random generation and decision making. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

The data you input into our tools (such as wheel entries) remains your property. Because this data is stored locally on your device, we do not claim ownership over it, nor do we monitor it. You are solely responsible for the content you generate or input using our tools.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spinfy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Spinfy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. The tools are provided for entertainment and utility purposes; we are not responsible for any real-world decisions made based on the outcomes generated by our tools.

In no event shall Spinfy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
